Minimum order value (excluding postage) is £50
Delivery costs are £8 for orders under £200 and £10 for orders over £200. For mainland Europe, Republic of Ireland and International orders - delivery charges will be calculated on packaged weights and dimensions.
We will confirm your order by email. All goods must be paid for before the jewellery is dispatched. Payment can be made by BACS, or we take all major credit or debit cards, except American Express. Please call our office on 01494 729813 to make a card payment.
If you have an account with us we will send an invoice with your order. Credit terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice.
Lead times are 7-10 days. We will contact you if there is any delay.
Please let us know within 7 days if the invoice/delivery is incorrect.
Returned jewellery we deem to be damaged or faulty will be repaired or replaced if possible. If neither of these options is possible we will credit your account. Credit notes can be used on future orders within 12 months of date of issue. Payments for invoices cannot be delayed due to returned goods queries.
We cannot replace/refund jewellery which has had considerable wear or tear and/ or has come into contact with perfume or other substances.
We reserve the right to refuse any order
